A Smarter Alternative to Control4, Savant and Crestron

Baja Sur Solutions was founded in response to the persistent problems we saw with proprietary smart home systems in Cabo: constant maintenance, costly service calls and technology owners couldn't use. We deliver the same everyday control — audio, lighting, access, cameras and Wi-Fi — for about 1/3 the cost of a comparable Control4, Savant or Crestron installation.

Our Expertise

What We Install

Every system we design is built around your property, your lifestyle, and the Baja environment — engineered to perform flawlessly whether you're in residence or thousands of miles away. We integrate with Google Home, Apple HomeKit, and Home Assistant so your systems work together seamlessly.

Whole-Home Audio

Immersive multi-room audio from TDG Audio and Juke Audio — authorized dealer installations with seamless app control. From poolside to master suite, every space sounds extraordinary.

Wi-Fi & Networking

Enterprise-grade UniFi networking engineered for large Baja properties — reliable coverage from the casita to the rooftop terrace, with no dead zones. We add Starlink backup internet for when local Telmex service goes down, and location spoofing through a commercial VPN, so your Cabo home connects just like your primary residence — same local news, same streaming, same apps.

Security Cameras

Professional surveillance with UniFi Protect — crystal-clear high-resolution coverage of every entry point, perimeter, and outdoor living area, accessible from anywhere.

Gate & Door Access

Intelligent access control with UniFi Access — manage who enters your property remotely, grant temporary access to staff, and receive real-time alerts. Tap to Enter lets you unlock with a tap of your iPhone or Apple Watch. No key cards needed.

Garage Automation

Smart garage entry with Tailwind — open, close, and monitor your garage from anywhere in the world. Seamlessly integrated with your broader smart home ecosystem.

Smart Locks & Thermostats

Keyless entry and intelligent climate control that adapts to your schedule. Tap to Enter lets you unlock with a tap of your iPhone or Apple Watch — no key cards needed. Arrive to a perfectly conditioned home every time — even after months away.

Lighting Automation

Lutron lighting control brings intelligent scenes, schedules, and app or remote control to every interior and exterior light in your home. Set the mood for dinner, wake up to a gradual sunrise, or turn everything off from anywhere in the world.

Home Theater & TV Rooms

Dedicated theater rooms and premium TV rooms built around Denon AV receivers — projectors, screens, and full surround sound engineered for the way you actually watch. From a private cinema to a great room that performs, we design and install every component.

Fire Pit Automation

Automated Crossfire burners by Warming Trends let you ignite, adjust, and extinguish your fire pit from your phone or smart home system — no manual valves, no hassle.
